Welcome to my Tribute Fund which I have created to honour my mum. Mum was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in June 2006 and passed away in January 2007. The Motor Neurone Disease Association were wonderful in their help and support and I have created this fund not only to honour mum but also to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
